ALL scanning is done in Lethbridge in our specialized climate controlled office. THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB for us, not a side job. All work is done as it comes in. Work is usually available for pick-up same day or in a couple days for larger orders.
Standard size negatives scanned
For 35mm, 120, and 220 slides and negatives: Includes dusting of negatives / slides before scanning, minor color & density correction. For 35mm strips we ONLY SCAN the entire strip. It is way too time consuming to look for a frame number and scan just that.

Over size scanning
Oversize scanning charge (large format negatives & slides) – $24.99 for the set-up and for the first item scanned then $14.99 each for item after the first done at the same time.
Negatives scanned and saved to USB
If you want your digital files you can have them sent electronically or saved to a USB that you provide ($5) or I can provide a USB stick at current market value.
Negatives scanned general information
We dust all negatives brought in for digitizing to remove loose dust. If you want the files fully retouched I can offer you that service as well. To save money I suggest you get your work scanned first. Then decide on additional retouching and restoration after you see what the files look like.

WE ONLY SCAN AT HIGH RESOLUTION!!! File sizes vary with the format and size of the original. Sizes will also vary with the exposure of the item being scanned. Most scans will be around the 18mb – 30mb size or in camera terms similar to a 15mp digital camera.
I can also offer higher resolution scans if your project requires that, contact me for a quote.

Digital memory show from your negatives that we scan
I offer a memory making service that takes your negatives, slides and old photographs and puts them onto a USB, along with information about the photos. What a great way to not only preserve the photos, but the story behind each photo. In addition to having the photos and the story, the USB acts as a digital negative, so if anything should ever happen to the originals you can print from the digital negatives and replace the lost photos.
