If you read about my little problem with a Sandisk card further down you will know that I sent my card back to get a replacement. Before doing so I needed to call Sandisk to get a RMA number. Once I got this number I packaged the card up and sent it off to Sandisk. They sent me an E-mail with a way to track the progress of my replacement card and each day I checked to see if the problem card was received, NOTHING! Last time I checked was on Sunday and still they did not have my card back. Then Monday around 11am in walks the Purolater guy with a box and you guessed it my replacement card. Went back on-line and the web site still says that my issue is waiting for them to receive my problem card. Well I am happy to have my replacement card but have to say that they need to work on the tracking system that they have.
