I have been wanting to do this exposure chart for a long time and with it being a snow day it was a good day to work on it. It is not designed to be a 100% complete with data or is it to explain everything but it is a good cheat sheet to help when shooting.
You can print a copy of it for PERSONAL use only as long as you do not remove or alter any information.

I was out walking the dog yesterday and could not believe how hot the sun was. A good sign that spring is coming and with spring the birds. I love the spring birds as they are in good health and their colors are starting to enhance so what better time for a bird course.
This year I have added a full day with (6 hours) of shooting.
So before I start let me say I think EVERYONE should take a Course, Tour, Expedition or Safari from me – because I am such a nice guy But what if you want to go someplace that I do not go and you want to hire someone to help with your photography, what should you look for?
First what is the difference in the above terms (unfortunately there is no hard and fast rule for what the terms mean) but here is what I generally find:
One of the questions that always comes up when I am teaching is “Do I use JPEG or RAW for shooting images in”? There is sooooo much information out there and most of it is either slightly off or very misleading.
Here is a quick rundown of the differences, If you have any additional questions feel free to ask!
So to start what is the difference between JPEG & RAW?
For years and years now the big mantra in the business world has been thinking outside the box. Unfortunately while we may promote the idea of thinking outside the box it is seldom carried out. I know one national company that was having some huge issues maintaining their inventory within their stores using the “REVOLUTIONARY NEW” on time ordering system.
After years with the A2E and the Bronica I was at a conference were Pentax and Fuji had booths. I had been looking at the Pentax 645N camera with a zoom lens for years and years – it was my dream camera system. The Pentax rep knew me and when I was talking to him about the camera he went and got one with the lens I wanted and gave it to me, so I headed to the Fuji film booth who also knew me and they gave me a couple rolls of film to try so I headed out and try them. I was sold and I ordered it that day!!!
Sometimes your dreams do not work out like you think and this was one of those dreams. After waiting for the camera to arrive for almost three weeks it arrived the same week I “tried” out a digital camera, well the rest is history!!
I am sure that you have seen it as much as I have. A house or property goes up for sale and when you look at the price you are shocked! Something that should be priced around $100,000 is listed at $995,000 or worse yet a place that should be in the mid 100’s is listed for 1.2 million. WHY? Is it just greed or
